As required by the ISM Code, the Company can  establish  the Safety and Environmental Company policy and can create the documented procedures that are to incorporate in the Safety Management System (SMS) both ashore and onboard the vessels. These cover  mostly all aspects of shipboard operations as flls:

• Issue and control of the Documentation of the Safety Management System,
• Carrying out and monitoring the Verification, Review and Evaluation of the Safety    Management System
• Processing of the Safety Management System Reports
• Updating the SMS with the latest National and International Rules and     Regulations  applicable to the Company and Ships
• Monitoring the Training Requirements and Drills of both shorebased and shipboard    personnel
• Evaluating the Performance of personnel ashore and aboard
• Maintenance of ship’s equipment, machinery and installations
• Maintenance of Ship Certification
