PRE-PURCHASE  SURVEY

The  Company  performs the Pre-Purchase surveys on  the Owners/ Client' request. Those surveys are aimed at the assessment of the actual technical condition of ship hull and machinery by visual inspection (i.e. without instrumentation and/or technical tools), but with possible tests/running. During inspection the ship is thoroughly examined for the purpose of  revealing of hidden (or hardly detectable) imperfections affecting stable, durable and fault-free service of the ship machinery, gears, systems, and hull structural members. The survey includes the analysis of Ship's Class certificates, Flag State certificates, Internal and External Audits, Non-conformities and deficiencies of Port State control, than verification the survey results with Class Society, Flag State Administration, PSC  Data Base, etc.  As well as the survey includes the definite Client's requests and/or demands within the good seamanship.

Usually inspection is carried out by 1-2  Surveyor within 1-2 days, depending on accessibility of  the ship's holds, tanks, decks, etc. Results of the survey are presented in the form of written report (either of standard layout or provided by the Customer), in electronic format and as a hard copy.

This service is rendered worldwide on the basis of  Owners/ Clients' request in reasonable advance (considering time necessary for delegation to Partners or for travelling / visa arrangements, if any).
